• Be the clear point of contact between clients and the build team.
• Spot risks early and manage scope, expectations, and change.
• Use AI tools to streamline planning, reporting, and coordination.

• 5+ years managing software or technology projects.
• Strong grasp of agile delivery and the realities of building software.
• Excellent communicator and organiser who keeps calm when things move fast.
• Technical enough to earn engineers’ trust.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
