Business Development Manager

You’ll open doors and close deals for our platforms and custom software services. We have a genuinely differentiated story — a tech company that runs its own businesses on its tech — and your job is to get it in front of the right people.

What you’ll work on
  • New-business pipeline for our platforms and software services
  • Relationships with clients and partners across the region
  • Deal strategy and positioning, hand in hand with the tech team
  • Market feedback that shapes what we build next
What you’ll do
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business across platforms and software services.
  • Build and manage a pipeline from first contact to signed deal.
  • Understand client problems deeply and position the right solution with the tech team.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners across the region.
  • Feed market insight back to the product and leadership teams.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech, SaaS, or software services.
  • A track record of hitting and beating targets.
  • Able to hold a credible conversation about technology with both buyers and engineers.
  • Self-starter who’s comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
  • Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.
