Solutions Consultant (Pre-Sales)

You’ll sit between the client and the build team — translating business problems into technical solutions, running demos, and scoping projects so what we promise is what we can deliver.

What you’ll work on
  • Solution design and scoping for prospective clients
  • Product demos and technical presentations
  • Effort estimates and proposals built with engineering
  • The hand-off from sales to delivery, so expectations match reality
What you’ll do
  • Work with sales to understand client needs and design the right solution.
  • Run product demos and technical presentations that land.
  • Scope projects, estimate effort, and prepare proposals with the engineering team.
  • Answer technical questions and remove blockers in the sales process.
  • Make sure expectations set in sales match what gets built.
What we’re looking for
  • 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a technical-then-commercial career path.
  • Enough technical depth to be credible with engineers and clients alike.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex things.
  • Comfortable owning scoping and proposals end to end.
  • Based in or able to work from Kuala Lumpur.

  • Full-time · Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia · Senior level · You’ll bridge the commercial team and the remote engineering team.
