How the Store Works
Morgan's Grocer reinvents the supermarket as a compact, technology-run store. There are no aisles to walk and no shelves to stock — product displays are digital holders with images and touchscreens. Customers browse, scan, and order at an in-store kiosk or in the app, then collect at a pickup counter, with stock held in a back-of-store storeroom. The entire store runs on our own platforms, with staff needed only at pickup — and the same technology is available to clients.
